Important information regarding deliveries to Charleston-Mattoon. Please read through entirety of information before placing an order!
We are currently delivering to Charleston-Mattoon addresses. **If your address is outside of Charleston-Mattoon, you can still order, but we ask that you meet our driver at the Charleston County Market at 2pm for drop-off on Sunday.
New menus open up every Tuesday afternoon/evening and will be available for 6 days. Take note of the delivery date when ordering!
Home deliveries will take place Sunday afternoon, between the hours of 12pm-5pm.
If you plan to be home during the scheduled delivery window, all you need to do is answer the door.
If you do NOT plan to be home during the scheduled delivery window, see instructions below:
Leave a cooler on your front porch, and we will drop your items in it until you can get home to refrigerate them.
If you do not have a cooler, you will need to purchase a cold bag from our store. We will leave your food in the bag for you. The bag is yours to keep and reuse if needed.
If you do not leave a cooler out and do not purchase a cold bag, your food will be left on the front porch. (This is not recommended!!!!)
We are not responsible for any food items that are left out in undesirable temperatures.
