Important information regarding deliveries to Springfield. Please read through entirety of information before placing an order!
New menus open up every Tuesday afternoon/evening and will be available for 6 days. Menus will close around 11:00am on Tuesday morning. Take note of the delivery date when ordering!
Home deliveries will take place FRIDAY afternoon/early evenings, between the hours of 12-5pm.
If you plan to be home during the scheduled delivery window, all you need to do is answer the door.
If you do NOT plan to be home during the scheduled delivery window, see instructions below:
Leave a cooler on your front porch, and we will drop your items in it until you can get home to refrigerate them.
If you do not have a cooler, you will need to purchase a cold bag from our store. We will leave your food in the bag for you. The bag is yours to keep and reuse if needed.
If you do not leave a cooler out and do not purchase a cold bag, your food will be left on the front porch. (This is not recommended!!!!)
We are not responsible for any food items that are left out in undesirable temperatures.
